I apreciate the help dg98gt, but i have built engines, sorry if i made it seem like i hadnt, i ment to say its not that hard to build it right, you just cant rush and skip steps. I have complete confidence in my ability to build a motor that can take abuse, if i have the right parts anyway heh. As far as future goals. a MMR900 would not be overkill for what i have planned. bassically if you all must know. I have a love for turbos. My long term goal is close to 700hp to the ground, chances are ill probebly have to settle more mid 600s since it is a 2v, but the plan is 700@15psi or so on pump gas, now i dont need to be lectured in how much this will cost or how hard its going to be, because its going to take a while and cost alot, a entire fuel system upgrade, built motor probebly stage 3 cnc heads, custom cams, lots of dyno tuning and so on. But thats my dream. oh and with the helion twin turbo set up. but who knows, i may just build some weaker motor and buy a cheep turbo to keep me happy, since lord knows 700hp is scary...heh

Not hard at all man...my friend has a 680rwhp single 76mm hellion turbo'd mustang...and its a 2v with n/a grind cams and stage 2/3 heads and an MMR900 motor and MMR900 tranny. So with turbo cams he would be over 700 without a doubt. He made like 688rwhp without nitrous. He might have had meth and i think it was close to 20psi but its totally possible. And TF heads might even work out better yet and have them ported and they might be better yet. So its completely possible. I can try to get some dyno sheets and such this weekend when im home from school and get an idea of some specifics for ya if you would like.

sure why not, the only problem i really see is trying to do it at a lower boost. i know the 4v can do it no problem at 14 psi, think its harder for the 2v i dont want to run boost to high tho, cuz thats a lot of stress and of course you start getting away from pump gas.

not really man. That 680rwhp was made on 93 pump gas. And i think it was at like 18psi or something like that. But whats the difference making 20psi with a s/c or a turbo...nothing but some parasitic loss. So i dont know whats more stress than everyone else thats running those power numbers. Youre plan is about the same as mine in all seriousness. Im saving for a hellion single turbo kit and then once i have that for a while, i'll upgrade to a 76mm turbo and then go from there with building the motor. I like how the hellion single turbo kits come with the necessary fuel upgrades and such as well as the UPR k-member and coilovers and stuff.
