Default Tuner

So I'm in the market for a tuner. I'm leaning towards an X-cal 3 is that a good one? The big thing that I'm wanting to know is where to purchase one from. I have Longtubes and their throwing a engine light so I need the tuner to fix the o2's up front as well as turn the ones off in the back.
