Angry What the **** are these???

So i decided to put the heads on the motor tonight and thought i would put the blower on top to see what it will look like. Well long story short, the manifold wont fit in the valley due to these machined pieces! what are they?? I am going to call MMR in the morning to talk to them about it, but this is bugging the **** out of me.
I went back and looked at my stock block and it doesnt have these?.?.?

Don't quote me, but I think they are for knock sensor's.

Kinda like the 5.4, they have one right in the middle of the valley.

Im pretty sure theyre knock sensors. I think the 4v's have two or three of them. Think you may have gotten a different block than a 2v one?

Those are pretty tiny for knock sensors guys. It's like a 10mm bolt. It's part of the new romeo castings, He just needs to cut or grind them out.
