Well, I got the car dynoed again today with the addition of a 2.70" pulley, a 10% OD crank pulley and a 45-degree angle from bypass valve to powerpipe because I was getting some backwash issues with my draw-thru MAF causing some slight driveability problems.

Well, driveability is very good now.

Now, the before:

525rwhp @ 6400rpm
454rwtq @ 5000rpm

And the after:

548rwhp @ 5600rpm
516rwtq @ 5000rpm

Now this was with 16.2 lbs. of boost, 18 degrees timing, 93 octane.

I am real happy with the torque. Pulls like crazy now.

The problem is I was having spark blowout above 5600rpm, so the HP and TQ nosedived above that RPM.

I think that pulley combo is capable of 19lbs at 6500rpm. I hope to get 580rwhp if I can get the spark issue resolved.

Ignition System: TR-6 plugs gapped at .032, MSD coil packs, FMS plug wires. I had an MSD DIS-4, but that took a crap on me a long time ago, and was causing a miss. I bypassed it and everything has been fine up till now.

Kenne Bell Boost-a-spark! Or a Plasma Booster ignition (5.0 Mag tested it with great results) I've been using it for about 1.5-2 years and I haven't had any problems.
