so do you guys think thats why my car read so lean on the dyno? or is it one of those things that doesnt happen gradually?

LMAO! funny you say that, I am actual a aircraft maintainer in the Air Force I turn wrenches on F-16 Falcons. Odd huh. But yeah I use torque wrenches alot more on a fighter jet rather than a spark plug However even on a fighter jet there are some times when using a torque wrench is impossible. Thank god for safety wire!

Thats awesome. My dads friend has a late 50s (I think? maybe late 40s) little Piper that I have flown in a couple of times.

My father's is 25 years old, in great shape but a bit more spartan than what the A/C has become--which makes it jump into the air with just the pilot on board.

I've flown in, and flown, flashier small aircraft but for plain ol' reliability and getting a bunch of people and/or stuff from here to there it can't be beat...

btw, i got the car back and they fixed a bunch of other little stuff on it like an o2 sensor and the motor mounts and she feels way better =]
