you will need to re dyno tune your car after every mod you do once cams are installed to be reaching your cars full potential. it would be STUPID to do cams now, get it dyno tuned, then get full exhaust and all that stuff.

gears, full exhaust, the usual boltons, then cams.

 

On that show horse power they installed a zex cam on a stock 2000 mustang and gain a whooping 15rwhp. When I saw the title that was the first thing I thought of lol.
