Default Mufflers for Turbo Kit

Was wondering what you guys with turbos on your stangs could tell me what mufflers your running with them. Ive had slps and now 1 chambers and when I put on my turbo kit the 3 inch piping changed my exhaust tone. Now down low and up high it sounds good. 100 times deeper now then it was before which i like but their very raspy at 2 to 3000 rpms. Just wondering if theres a muffler thats not so raspy with turbo kits for our stangs. I do still like borla stingers too. Any suggestions or experience stories you can tell me with turbos would be helpful thanks.

If you still want to keep it really loud, but want a deeper non raspy tone, then the SSS Terminator mufflers might be for you. Basically they sound like Stingers, but louder.

Obviously i don't have a turbo, but i don't see why the mufflers would sound much different with one.

If you had slp lm1s, step down to an lm2. The reason its so raspy is because its a 3" pipe with an ultra loud muffler. If you go down to a muffler with more packing it wont be so raspy.

I would stick with a straight through muffler though.

For alot of people the turbo is a "muffler". I would just be sure to run one that is not chambered.

Magnaflow magnapacks or regular magnaflow mufflers sound decent with turbos. Steeda catback sounds amazing with turbos. My buddy has a single 76 with a steeda catback and its a really nice sound. So pretty much borla. lol
