Is this your mustang roush?

Wow, old thread.

The "R" cars were set up to have the power train without the 'bling' of the full S3 cars. Meant for the track or for the owner who wanted to do the other stuff personally.

Hey guys figured I would shoot an update since all of a sudden people are replying to a really old thread. I did buy the car back then an it was gorgeous I will post up some pictures later. I sold it about 2 years ago and really regret selling it. I sol it to a guy in Arkansas he drove over and have 15k cash and drive it home. Was the most fun I had had with a car in a long time kept it almost a year.

Thanks to 04-V8 5-Speed I have a story for the books. I looked at the autotrader ad you posted and sure enough that was my old car that I sold 2 years ago, it was almost 700 miles away from where I sold it. I called the dealer who had it and talked to him about the shape it was in and low and behold I now have a Sonic Blue 380R parked in my driveway again tonight!! I drove 22 straight hours yesterday and went to Tulsa Oklahoma and bought the car back for 11k and drove her all the way back to Madison AL. It is not quite in as good of condition as when I sold it and someone has added the Roush side exhaust that did not come factory. I really missed this car and thanks to you guys here at the forums I have it back. I plan to get it back in it's previous condition and will not be selling it again. Thanks again guys because this has made me very happy and will have a good story to tell about the car. 2 years later and she is back where it belongs in a home where it will be meticulously maintained and well cared for.
