Look for used. Im sure you can find something on craigslist or on the classifieds on here or other mustang related forums. Or you could take your car to a muffler shop and have them cut the x part out and make an h to weld back in.

I have an O/R X pipe with flowmaster 40s dumped... can you say FML? It was cooler when I was younger, but I'm going for a more of a refined sound now. I like the flows, so I'm looking for an O/R H pipe and tail pipes. I really love that sound!

How much cheaper do you want? Check and see is "pypes" makes one or go for a used one.

neither upr nor pypes makes a full length h pipe. only x pipes. Pypes makes a shorty h pipe but not full length.

Bassani doesnt make a full length h pipe either. Only BBK, MRT, MAC, and JBA(all three letter companies...lol)make the full length h pipes. And the generic summit and jegs h pipes that work just fine. Id look into the stainless steel ones though so they last longer.

Anyone know how the MRT catted H sounds compared to an off road mac h? I wanna run catless but i don't want to worry about smog checks and police running catless. Really the only company that makes a catted h these days is MRT but it's way expensive which is why i haven't bought it yet.

I'm not trying to be stingy...I just remember them being around $130 not too long ago for a MAC o/r H that I have in LMR's catalog. They have become hard to find because I contacted American Muscle and they said they don't carry the full length h-pipes and it's hard to get any at Stangmods.com. About the only place I can find them is SummittRacing and LMR

I used to run the MRT catted h, and it sounded awesome imo! It's pretty darn loud for a catted pipe. I could be wrong, but i thought BBK abd MAC had catted h pipes.
