Well this isn't a very common question and I'm sure when you searched for it there wasn't very much info.

Anyways, you will want to get long tube headers. But I'm not sure what you mean you replaced all the stock pipes.

It really depends... but either way, on these 4.6 2v engines you're really not going to see huge gains either way.

Wat I meant by replaced my pipes was I changed my stock pipes wit 3 1/2 inch pipes and the mufflers wit flowmaster 40 series

So you replaced the tips and mufflers, but not the entire cat back?

And like everyone will tell you...long tubes are the only way to go.

I wont' tell you that... I think both suck. If you have already spent big money on a catted mid-pipe for stock/shorites... I would say skip the long tubes... they really aren't going to net you much... especially for the cost and it's only worse if you can't install them yourself.

You're going to look back and seriously wonder what you just spent $1000 on.
