Default Anti-Theft Mode...

So my Mustang GT (2003) decides that it is stolen back in October. The car has not started since then. It will turn over but it will not start. I checked the crank position sensor, the cam position sensor, every other sensor, battery connections, starter connections, all the fuses and relays, and even the alternator and electrical ground. I tried using both keys in the ignition, the doors, I used both keyless remotes, I set the panic, and even the trunk release. I did all this while inside and outside the car. I got crazy one day and tried about a hundred different combinations of opening the door, closing it, using the key, using the keyless...all to no avail and I am stumped. My Sniper system won't even work when I plug it in. I spent $80 and towed it to the dealer just to pay $100 for 1 hour of diagnostics and all they could tell me was that they need a few more hours with it and they still might not be able to figure it out. I'm no Ford dealer but I'm pretty sure I need a new computer (ECU) for this car. I would like to know if anyone has any first hand experience with this type of incident. I am aware that the Anti Theft systems on Mustangs are different from 96-99 and then 00-02, so the tricks used for those years will not work (already tried them). I already used the search feature and I checked several other websites but I could not find any definitive answers pertaining to my year Mustang. Any advice or information is greatly appreciated...

It might be a PATS thing. Does your "THEFT" light flash rapidly when you are trying to start the car? I have a spare key that is not programmed (keep it in my wallet in case I'm locked out), that is what mine does if I try to use that key (cranks over, won't fire).

Actually, I forgot to include that in my post. The anti-theft light does flicker rapidly and the mileage display has lines going through it...is there a way to fix this that I haven't yet tried...??

There's a PATS Sticky on here somewhere that might be helpful to your situation.
