Default Brighter headlights-NO HID

Alright I have tried Luminics and Silverstars and my headlights are just not that bright. In lieu of doing an HID install what are my options? Are there brighter bulbs than the Silverstars?

just do HID's and get it over with. install isnt bad at all and HID's are so cheap nowadays theres no excuse to spend 40$ on some crappy "brighter than stock" bulbs when you can get high/low HID's for like 60-90 bucks.
