I had a procharger system and it gave my car good numbers but the only problems that i had with it was the head unit would leak oil other then that i liked it.

thanks for the insight peoples. i kinda though vortech was lower quilaty then procharger.
but i see that apparently people have some not so good things to say about procharger.

0440thgt - i wanted to go with the 2.1 blower but, liked the instant power and even power boost you get with it. but with what i wanted to do with my car, the centri blowers will be a better application. im looking to eventually doing road racing, and heat soak will be an issue with the twin screw set up

and i need to update my sig as well....havent been on in a while..

i problem i have had with my vortech over 3 years is that i keep wanting to go smaller on pulleys for more power. I would buy vortech again if I had the chance to

interesting, I see alot of used vortechs for sale. seems like alot of guys here have them. idk but I havent heard any complaints really from the majority of procharger owners.

See my tuner disagrees big time. He said the imput shaft is larger and stronger on the procharger and the actual impeller is made stronger or something. I may have messed up what he said though, its been awhile since we talked about which blower to choose. There was like 4 or 5 points he raised including once you add the intercooler for a vortech you are at the same price for a procharger.
