Default To put car cover or not?

Guys im storing my stang for the first time, well its my first winter with it...but heres my dilemma. I have a garage, sorta but not really lol. Basically i have a roof over my car but no walls so its exposed to the outdoors on all 4 sides. I did not think the cover would get wet but i forgot about blowing snow! Its been stored for about a month and i only have a thin dust cover.

I just noticed the cover was completely wet so i lifted it and my whole car is basically wet...well very moist anyways! This cant be good so im debating would it be better if i just left the car with no cover at all, it would be just collecting dust, or if i got a proper waterproof cover for outdoor storing. Im tight on cash at the moment so i wasnt planning on spending $$$ on another cover.

What do you guys think, does anyone here just park theirs with no cover through out the winter outside or is it not a good idea?

Thanks

fail to plan, plan to fail...

my outdoor cover was a little over 200, so they're not cheap.

Ah come on sxynerd, this is a forum that offers help to people who need it.

Anyways, I have a cover on mine and it's in a garage. If I was you I would buy something to cover it. The cover I had was $85 but I don't know how well it would do outside. Nothing a tarp can't fix though, right?

I will say I have felt a little bit of spot moisture under it, but mainly when the cover was wet. It kept it pretty dry though even through some major storms....and it has a stang on the front. But I am sure that there are better covers out there.
