Default made up my mind for my new years build!!!

ok so i think im going to find a 5.4 short block as a base for my mustangs engine and i was wondering if anyone knows what parts of a lightnings bottom end is forged im pretty sure the crank is but idk if the rods / pistons are i figure i can prolly get factory ford parts cheaper than aftermarket thats the only reason im asking im not gunna run a lightnings s/c for obvious clearance issues lol but i do plan on running a vortech or procharger. ive looked into this swap alot and it seems to be pretty straight forwary the only real "custom" work will be to modify the H pipe which should be no big. also with the taller deck height will long tubes fit in the engine bay?

basically yes 5.4 short block and the heads and everything will bolt on your gunna need to make your h pipe wider and your gunna have to either use the HPS intake manifold or get adaptor plates to run your factory PI intake but the wireing harness and everything can run the 5.4 oh and a 8 bolt flywheel.
