Default Same thing?

Are these two the same thing? The one from UPR is half the price.

The first one is billet aluminum while the 2nd says this "Due to heat buildup of all billet ***** we have made this new shifter from three separate machined pieces that now incorporates a polymer handle". The metal of the logo is clearly different.

The metal plate def looks different. Where the UPR is kinda inlaid? and the other is like raised. Other than that, i don't really see too much of a difference to justify a $30 price difference. Go with UPR.
