I don't know if he posted it, if so I'll add him in. My latest obsession is to get in shape. Some people here already discovered my youtube videos of my weight loss journey. I've lowered my "race weight" by 35 pounds and I'm making huge progress and really proud of how far I've come. Most people set a fitness/ weightloss goal and never reach it, then they give up. I've gone well beyond what I originally was shooting for, so now I've raised the bar as far as my expectations. I wouldn't normally post this on a public forum but seeing that the whole world can see me on YT I guess there's nothing to be embarrassed about. JayC would be happy to know that I signed up for my 1st 1/2 marathon. BTW I've never ran ANY race, besides in a car or on a bike. Here's my video from today http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m1MkD7aNsSQ

Well now you know this thread is going off topic hahaha.

How long did it take you to go from the first picture to the 2nd picture? You were pretty hefty there in the first picture. When i saw the 2nd picture, my first reaction was "damn!". You're lookin good compared to what you were. So those are your results from only one month of p90x? Your back is looking much bigger and more sculpted. Everything else is looking tighter. (the look you get from working out. idk how else to explain it)

Those are good results for only 1 month IMO though... I can definitely see a difference in your back. Everything else will come along. This kinda stuff doesn't just take a month or two. You gotta stay with it for 6 months to see some major improvements! Great job man. Keep it up. I think i'm going to go workout now haha. I was going to take a break today but now i am motivated.

Are you dieting too? Or is this just pure workout ethics in action here?

awww man, I have a friend that's a beachbody coach, you could have got it from him. It comes with a diet plan which will be more than enough to trim the fat. I didn't follow it, I sort of did my own thing. Those who do have AMAZING results.

Guys I'll be more than glad to help, if you have any questions please just PM me so we don't get too far OT.

I am actually surprised I stayed as high on the list as I did! Hopefully next year I can get a little quicker. I'd love to see a 10.99 slip!

Btw, on my last post in the timeslip thread I did have a 1.58 sixty on the bottle. No biggie though!
