And I selected the 90mm MAF and 42lb injectors. Any ideas?!?!?a

EDIT. Shouldn't the car still start with the front end up on jack stands?
Yeah, it will start with the front end up. Double check that you hooked the crankshaft position sensor and camshaft position sensors back up. Did you make sure to install the crankshaft position wheel correctly? It has a front and back.

Both are connected. I am pretty much 100% sure. I am pretty sure I hear the fuel pump when I turn on the key as well. The button thing in the trunk feels all the way in. Is this the correct position?

Ok, what about the wheel? It's the one that goes on the inside of the timing cover, in front of the timing gears. If you installed that backwards, it could be causing your symptoms.

P0353 ignition coil C Primary/Secondary circuit. I did see a tad of smoke after shutdown coming from one of the spark plug wells. Any ideas?

Which spark plug well? Did you tighten all of the plugs down properly?

I took the one that had smke in the well and replaced the boot and spring with a new on I had left from last time one got torn. Now just trying to get the damn thing to idle right. AFR will sit at about 14.5 but can spike to 18 if you give it to much gas to keep it running.

now I just got a po357 and a po353. Does it matter wich side the coils go on? I noticed that one set of 4 had one part number that was ending in an even number I think the the others were odd number. I put all evens on one side and all odds on the other. The ones with the ending number of 3 I think it is are on the driver side.

According to this site, the firing order is...

http://www.miracerros.com/mustang/pipes_hpipe.htm

4 8
3 7
2 6
1 5

Maybe the GT's wires are different, but mine all had the number placed on the wire somewhere to make sure you don't confuse them

EDIT: Misunderstood the question. I dont really think that should make a difference if it's all getting spark, ect?
