ha yes I did sand it down.

And you guys can sport your own opinions, I don't mind.
The truth is I do like it. Eventually the car is going to be dark gun metal gray, with the same striping done on the hood and fenders.

However. The scoops, side skirts, and spoiler will be gray.

and as for the wheels. the idiot who owned it before me painted them. along with the skirts, scoops, and spoiler. and the EMO look around the headlights. which will all be gone soon.

It doesnt look bad man, you just need to find a way to not make those lines so "bold". Have you though about adding some more black to the rear of the car (on the side body some how) to balance the contrast? I think you need to take a black stripe up (of some shape) from the other end of your side trim, towards the rear spoiler. That way when you see the car from the side it "flows" and doesn't direct your attention to a random line on the side of the car.

i think your hood ruined it... strpes arent that bad but just having that black area on your hood judt makes it not come together very well. sorry... your scoops dont flow well either, ever heard the saying "sometimes less is more"
