Mine came with brackets but I did not use them, anyway this where I mounted mine

I tucked this ballast next to the battery (it does not move at all)


I place this one under the Air filter, Also I was able to find a small screw and attach it to the chassis



The fogs ballast are located around where the red circle is on both sides, I will try to get better pics for the fogs ballast and post it asap
