I wnt 4.10, and kinda wish i had went 4.30. i wont make the same mistake on my next car! I pull my friends car with 3.73's easy. and i got 27 mpg on the way to mustang week last year. and i can bark 4th if i powershift haha its also nice cruisin in 5th at 45 without bogging or lugging the car

im running 3.90's right now but im getting 4.10s and 4.30s for days i feel like changin things up

You will like them. I am sure you will agree its the gear the car should have some with. You can still light them up with a little extra effort. But its not so much that you have to be careful to not light them up. MPG will be down 8 to 10% in the highway. In the city it will be up to you. You will find out.

I went with 3.73's because I d/d mine in the summer , At my old job I drove 90 miles commute a day to work and back. I averaged 26 mpg going 85 with my RPM's at around 2600 , now if your car is for fun and around town driving slap on 4.30's and tear your tires up. 3.73's are not too aggressive but are still hell of alot of fun to have , Best mod I have (the only mod besides my STS lol).

if your future plans are boost, as it states in your sig. I would keep the 3.90's. The difference between 3.90 and 4.10 is minimal.

whats your rpms with the 390s in 5th gear doin 75 or 80?

this the gear im prob going to get

2500 rpm at 85mph with 3.73. I say go with the 3.73s because anything higher than that will not help you out much at the track. youll have a faster 60' but thats about it.
