Blue Trans?

I recently bought an 04 gt and i had it jacked up the other day when i was doing an oil change and i noticed the trans was painted baby blue (flaking off some). was wondering what that was all about? upgraded or something?

Maybe light ford blue cus someone was a fanatic of the old ford style. lol

manual, idk y its blue nor why would some1 paint it blue, i mean whos gunna see it anyways? tho the thing is 6 years old and only 39k miles, so mb some1 praised it
