i have read on hear about ppl removing there isolator for more of a lowerd looked, does this actually work?? if so what ARE the spring isolators (what do they look like) or where are they located?? and how can i remove them??

Spring isolators are the rubber pieces that sit on top and the bottom of springs. They're designed to stop the metal spring from rubbing on the metal spring perch. Yes people remove these to give their cars a little more drop. There is no harm to removing them.

Note that there may be more road noise after taking the iso's out because of metal on metal contact of the spring and the spring perch. Just a warning.
