Default just got back from the track... not good (video inside)

well the weather was nice and I was on a new set of 315/35-17 Mickey Thompson Drag Radials. Well I was expecting great times and was really let down. At 18 psi they swayed like my slicks did, so I had to air them up to 21.5 psi. It seemed that the tires were spinning but after watching the videos, it didn't spin that bad. Anyways the 60' times sucked, I think the clutch (or left foot) needs to adjusted b/c the clutch disengages too fast and you can see the car nose dive. We both drove the car and tried launching it different ways but it just wouldn't launch like I wanted.

Some of you may remember me having issues with my SCT programmer well today I couldn't get it to load the NA tune, so the car was running rich and the timing wasn't wear it should be, so the ET's and MPH were down.

The guy that we had a grudge match with a while back (Sonic Blue 04 Cobra that broke his 1/2 shaft) came back for a rematch. This time with a SRA swap, race gas, and more boost. The 1st run wasn't a fair match up by any means... the Cobra vs. my buddy in the old GT ON MOTOR! As you can imagine the poor GT got is *** handed to it. I then ran him on the spray, red lighted then my hand was faster than my foot resulting in me missing a gear. I was pissed b/c he walked around me at that point.

The times were HORRIBLE. It went a 12.8 NA and 11.9 @ 121mph on a 100 shot.

The video is below.

the crazy thing is his best time of the day was 11.44 @ 121mph, you'd figure that the GT being lighter, having a similar 60' and trapped the same would have ran a quicker ET... but it didn't.

You would think those track times and speed would be higher with all the weight you lost....p90x FTW!
