Part of Rear Spoiler came off...trouble re-attaching spoiler
So thanks to the great winters of chicago, my car got stuck in a parking spot about a month ago. In an attempt to push the car out of the spot, the left part of the spoiler popped out. I've tried to re-attach the spoiler, but it seems that the rubber brackets/padding (or whatever they're called) located on the spoiler themselves where damaged to the point that the spoiler can't hook on to the metal brackets on the trunk lid. Does anyone know where I can get new rubber brackets/holders for the spoiler, or has anyone had something like this happen to them?

Pictures would really help me bc im not sure what you are talking about. I know there are rubber seals around the bottom posts of the spoiler, but there are 2 screws for each post on the spoiler.. Just tighten the screws down. It should go down...
Otherwise, im not too sure what you are talking about. Maybe i am just not reading it right or am thoroughly confused lol. I NEED PICS!

Yeah, i figured this might be a bit confusing...I'll try to post some pics when I get home. But I was referring two the rubber seals around the bottom post of the spoiler, they where ripped/destroyed...that's what I need to replace. I was just wondering if anyone had replaced them/knew how to and if they knew where to find new ones.

Not entirely sure what screws you're referring too. I'll have to post pics to give a better understanding of what I'm talking about...hopefully the sun is still up when I get home from work.

So unfortunately I was unable to get pics of the damage on the spoiler wing,
so I had to make a bootleg picture in paint lol.
I took a look at the spoiler again and it appears that the actual metal holes(or holders as stated in my pic) where damaged on the spoiler. So basically the metal clips on the actual trunk won't hold/stay in place because the metal holes on the actual spoiler where damaged so the clips won't hold the spoiler. Hopefully my description makes a little more sense based off of my attached pic.
**Note:
The pic. of the spoiler is of what it looks like when viewing it from the bottom.

I am so confused... Do you have the stock 01-04 GT spoiler that looks like this??
If you do, then it doesn't really need the rubber seal. Anyone who has ever taken their spoiler off has more than likely ruined it. I know I did. I just bolted the spoiler back down and didn't worry about it.
