Very scared, help carfax.
Today i wrote down the vin down to see if i can find out the original color of the car.
For somereason i decided to go onto carfax and entered the vin. It tells you how many records there are on your car. It said mine has 17.. now im hoping carfax just does this to make you sign up and check it, or its the real number of records. I might be mistaken, but im pretty sure its the real number.
This might be allot but can someone run the carfax for me if you have a subscription thing? that would be awesome, or tell me who has one. im just worried that theres stuff on there that i dont know about or that i need to know. When i bought the car i never had the carfax. It was kinda a quick sale (my mistake). but if any one can help me that would be great.
VIN# 1FAFP42X4XF119867
I'm pretty sure carfax just puts in a random number like 17 or 23 just to get you to buy a subscription, but i wanna see the carfax anyways. sorry, i kinda panicked right away. after all, im pretty new to the whole car scene anyways.

I was kinda thinking that too... but maybe 16 of them are inspections ect... maybe 1 is an accident. i would still like to know i had a mechanic check out the car before i bought it and he said everything was fine, all original panels ect.. i guess im just worrying to much. lol
I would still like it to be ran

ive seen some, and they can be dealer oil change. because dealer records are on carfax. so if the previous owner did all maintenance at a dealership, it could be all the maintenance records. which could be good man! haha. but sorry, no subscription here.

budders look at the white sticker when you open the drivers side door with your vin and vehicle information on it look for EXT PNT on the sticker . if it says SU after EXT PNT then it is amazon green, if it is somthing different tell me the code.

I just looked the EXT PNT says "FU" yay so its not amazon green. so what color would FU be? im pretty sure google says Dark Green Satin Metallic is that "tropical green" in other terms?

okay gotcha. i wish it was tropical, that sounds so much cooler when ppl ask what color your car is. its either Dark Green Satin or Tropical green, tropical sounds cooler imo. but its not all about sounding cool.

I would not worry to much as everyone else said it can be anything. It can show when the car was serviced, titled, ownership history and of course accidents. But not always do accidents show up. If repair was made in cash not through insurance then it will not show up, and also no police report. Any way whatever it says you already own the car.
