Block questions
Since I got an Explorer and the Mustang is no longer my daily driver, I was planning a motor build with this block:

1. Anybody have experience with this block? Is it a good block?
2. What are the best 4v head/cam/intake combos to go with? Links would be awesome
3. What kind of power am I looking at without FI?
To be honest, I would like to steer clear of the Mark VIII swap if possible. I am honestly not sure exactly what my budget is going to be, but say $7-8K.
