its a pull it your self salvage yard and they dont know what its really worth, i can give them $400 and they give me a warranty, i go get dirt cheap parts there all the time. I admire that engine everytime i go out there lol so yes i have looked at it.

Incorrect. The GT computer controls the engine fine.
The Mark VIII is tuned for an automatic and it has a bunch of other crap like the air ride and what not. Best to use the GT computer.
Almost. The intake is different, the valves and cams are SLIGHTLY different on the 95, and it doesn't use beehive springs. If you find a 97-98 Mark VIII engine, then the heads are the same and the valve springs are the beehive. On the 95, the valves are shrouded, on the cobra and 97-98 Mark VIII engine, they arent.
