Default drift build...possibly

Ok, a bit of history of me:

Living in japan now for over 4 years.
Built a dozen or so cars from stock to rediculous, about half for track use to include time attack and drift.
Two things i know are import suspension setup and wheel fitment. Im hoping it can transfer to domestics and help me here.]

Basically, im going to be living here for a while more. BUT i will be comming back a few times a year to visit a few weeks at a time. So, im going to buy a 2000ish beat up stang, and build it up.

Plans that i am 100% for sure of are:
Strip pretty much completely
Full cage
....
Profit

Basically, noone has really asked this from what i can find searching, so i figured id ask.
How do you get the mustang as low as possible. Changes in handling aside, blah blah. what is a good midrange full tap coilover (height vs preload independant) that lets it go LOWWWWWWWWww, like subframe dragging low, yes i know ill need a high springrate to compensate and all that jazz, and i know ride will suck, blah blah blah. its only for a few months out of the year.

Second, what is the lowest offset 10" wide wheel you guys have seen around on a stang. Not even counting tire, just wheel only since itll have like a 235/35 on it anwyays.

third, any good resources for others that have done this. I know there are mixed feelings with domestic guys on the whole slam it poke it and strech it phenomenon, but ive been doing it for years, and i like it. So for the sake of sanity and clutter, just PM me your concerns on how unsafe it is and blah blah blah and ill be more than happy to show through my personal experiences how its not.

i greatly anticipate any help you guys can give, and leave you with a little history in pictures of my fun!

and my current project

again, thanks in advance
