Default Vortech guys, where did you run your bypass vacuum??

Where did you guys run the vacuum line for you bypass valve? Mine is run of the fuel pressure sensor on the driver side fuel rail but was curious if there was a better place? I also want to run my boost gauge to this same sensor. Will this cause any issues?

I ran my boost gauge in the vacuum line area in front of the upper intake plenum. There is an existing plastic straight coupler that I replaced with a plastic T.

There is also a plastic straight coupler somewhere on the passenger side close to the firewall that I again replaced with a plastic T for the bypass valve. I could get a picture if you want.

Not that you have but I wouldn't ever cut factory vacuum lines to try and rig something in.

The bypass I ran to the back left. There was a plastic connectors and i just put the T in there.

For the boost gauge I got a piece of hose and a T and put it inline with the sensor on the fuel rail on the right.

Here is a pic......

I did the same as mustangman00 with the bypass sorry for the cell phone pics and I didn't get a chance to clean my motor this year yet.
