Bought a 2001Stage 2 black mustang, with 45K, Paint is in ok shape, has the Roush seats, shifter, wheels, etc etc. Only paid 7500 for it. Do most ppl think i should leave the Exhaust stock since its side exit, or would you change it up? How rare on Roush stage 2s anyway? Handles amazing.

Just kidding. Look under the car and see if the mufflers are chambered or 'resinator' style. I'm pretty sure they can be removed and have new ones welded in place, but you would have to find out what size diameter the pipes are.

I don't think that's a bad price for that car. They are pretty rare, but I would not feel guilty about changing the mufflers out if I didn't like the sound.

Thanks he also gave me a brand new stage 3 bumper. since he hit a curb with the stage 2, do you guys like the stage 3 bumper more or stage 2?

I also swear these roush seats are from a 05+ Roush, all the 99-04 Roush seats have a stripe going across the seat, my seats say Jack Roush on the seats.
