Thinking about another GT
Hey guys.
A few yrs ago i had a 99 gt auto which had slp cat-back, x pipe, cai, and i think it had gears because the speedo was definately off. Anyways i loved my 99 and still miss it, as it seemed pretty fast. Now with that said i recently purchased a 02 gt 5- speed which was bone stock, and it seemed as if the car was very slow. That doesnt make sense at all right? Maybe my exhaust on the auto was what really set it off. Any ideas? I should also add after about a week i took the 02 back to the dealer.

Yeh i hear ya bro. I was just under the impression that the manual would be alot faster or equivalent to a modded auto because everyone always cts as if autos are so slow.

Sounds good bro. I actually found a pretty good local deal on another auto which i may go for and do the same set-up as my old 99 with the addition of maybe some headers and a dyno tune.
