Default would 24lb or 30lb injectors be better for my set up?

just paid to get my engine back, it's going in this week, it's bored .020 with comp cams ex270ah cams full valve job, shorty headers, 3.73 gears, slp catted x and loudmouth II's, cai with 70mm throttle body and plenum... just wondering what other people with similar setups have used for injectors looking to get 24lb/min but also playing around with the thought of 30lb... i'm not thinking about future mods just looking for what's best for my car as is. and also would there be any point in getting a 90mm mass air flow or am i not going to flow enough for it to come into effect? thanks for the help.

If it were me i'd do the 30's (just in case you change your mind later, and want a little more power). Besides, you have to retune the car anyway, so why not make the jump to the 30's. I've heard of some occasions where 24's have been maxed out with a HCI setup. I don't think that would happen in your case, but better safe than sorry. The stock MAF will be fine.

The stock injectors (orange) for a 2000 MY are only 19lb/h capacity, and barely adequate for stock power levels (running 85% to 90%+ duty cycle at high revs and WOT), that's why Ford put 21lb/h units (lavender) in starting in mid 2002.

I'd find a set of 21s, or go with 24s. The stock MAF is fine up to 435fwHP or so running n/a...
