Default PPRV valve issues

Just removed my PPRV valve and it drove fine for a few minutes until I went to the gas station and filled up with 91 octane(tuned for it) and now it has a rough idle. It sounds like I have a cam in it. A/F is fine but when I drive it, it starts surging really bad

So the CEL is illuminated? If so this will defiantly point us in the right direction.
