Default coolant in my spark plugs #2 and #4

so I pulled my spark plugs and found a bunch of coolant in 2 and oil and coolant in 4. I think its my valve cover gasket leaking, but im not sure my friends brother told me he would fix it for 150 hes a mechanic is this a normal price and is there a way to tell if it could be a head gasket. what does this sound like it could be to you?

make sure your antifreeze is filled up then start your car, drive it around for 20 minutes, leave it running and pop the hood. when my intake cracked there was a very fine mist comming from under the thermostat housing.

also it could just be a bad o-ring. if you don't see any visible leaks you'll have to take it off and inspect the underside.
