See Below for why rolled tips are gay...

I like the SLP's because the sharp edge of where the 2 walls meet go with the sharp edges o the car. I would stay with the 15 degree slant cut or straight/flat cut 3.5" or 4" tips. in the end...they are only tips, they only look bad if they are too small/too big and if they are tucked too far in or sticking out like a rear step lol.

another thing to consider...the adjustable ones likeI showed have set screws used to keep the mounting bracket from sliding/rotating and can come loose and have to retighten it sometimes. but i dont mind, i just lay under there and re-position it in 5 min max.
All in all, it's personal preference and I'm sure the advice others have offered here is enough for you to make a good decision so i will leave it at that. Dont forget to post up some pics after its done!

Haha I actually had rolled tips from magnaflow on my truck, they were slash cuts, looked good, but they had a little drain hole for the water to run out of at the bottom of the tip. Man I miss that truck, think I'll go look at old pics of it and cry now, yup...

Devon, nothing special in terms of audio stuff...I have Boston Acoustic 5x7's powered by a 400W 2 channel RF amp and wasn't enough bass for me.

so now I'm fiberglassing a box to put a single 10" woofer (yet to be bought) and powering that by a MTX 400W mono amp (sucker is HEAVY compared to my 2 channel RF)

still have to get RCA's and and install kit then to test some subs out. box will be finished last after I find a sub I like, then will make it to the sub's specs.

I plan to make a thread of my project

That's because its a class D circuit design instead of a class AB like the POS 2 channel amps. D's are WAAAAAAAY more efficient and powerful.(plus RF are POS lol) My Kicker KX 850.2 weighs almost 20 pounds...bench tested at 940w RMS...running two CVR 15's...loud is an understatement. I had this in a 6 cubic foot box i made in my ranger..then i sold it...gay. I still have the amp and subs in my exploder now, but in a tiny box that i didnt make myself(mistake) and it sounds like poo comparatively...but thats for my wife to drive anyway.

If you need help choosing a subwoofer let me know...
