I'd say there's probably not too much to be ashamed of with your times. Autos are usually a tad slower than manuals at stock power levels. If you haven't done so already, get a tune for the car. A handheld is going to be able to change the firmness of the shifts and the shift points, you'll be able to pick up a good amount with that. Also, invest in some drag radials. Those gears are only going to hurt you on street tires.
