Think my clutch is fried...

Think my clutch is fried...
So last night i went for a drive for a while and i was on my way home back a back country road and i decided to do a bit of spirited driving and then i went and was shifting hard and my clutch would squeak whenever i hit it hard and when i power shifted. So im thinking that my clutch is fried and I'm gonna replace it with a centerforce dual-friction clutch and get the ford racing TOB and then buy the Fiore clutch quadrant and firewall adjuster from lethal performance(highest quality pieces ive seen actually...very impressive) and i might get a new clutch cable as well. Just thought i would share to see if you all think that this is a wise decision doing this or if this is premature and there might be something different to do. I figured its either the clutch itself or a TOB so while im in there i might as well do both and maybe try to fit a new flywheel in there too.
Thoughts or comments guys?

So, because it was squeaking- you think it failed? Well, you can go ahead and replace it, but it could just be noisy diaphragm springs, or excessive heat that caused the noise. Many times, a clutch disc will squeak when contacting the flywheel surface from excessive heat.
Can you still shift gears using the clutch? Did you smell anything abnormal? These are things to think about.

Well its been through a lot of street launches and power shifting so i thought its been on its way out for a while now but yea, drives fine. It tends to be sparatic when shifting where it grabs but thats about it. I thought it also might be a squeaky TOB but it only happened last night and i havent driven it since then either. But I might put this off until the addition of power if that happens later this summer. Thanks for the other opinions man. Its appreciated.

muahahaha beat you to it. Altho i wouldnt say thats your clutch going out. As long as it isnt slipping its still working. Maybe not that great, but its still doing its job. I just got a light flywheel dual friction tb havent driven it yet, cuz im waiting for my drive shaft, but ill let you know what i think.

I hate clutches, more so the replacement. One reason my next cars gonna be an auto. But my 79 has a centerforce dual friction and it has held up like a champ. Couldn't ask for more. I've caused clutches to literally explode from half of what I've put my centerforce through. They make a great clutch IMO
