i just bought a 2000 conv gt, its was bone stock, i added flowmaster mufflers and cold raced my buddies 2008 daytona charger it was a good run but after 100mph he started pulling me. in our second run i cracked my cheap plastic intake. I have ordered a typhoon intake, throtle body spacer and coldair intake. i need some help on what i need to whoop his ***!

 

NX wet kit, 150 shot! there's not a better bang for the buck! get a good tune and your motor will last 4ever, you won't regret it.

 

3.73 or 4.10 final drive gears, a 2-1/2" X-pipe and catback, and a tune/tuner set up for premium fuel (93 octane if you can get it)--you won't beat him but you'll be able to keep up...

Also, if you are bone stock as you say 4th gear will get you to 120 @ 5200 RPM--don't be afraid to wind out that little SOHC V8...

 

is that typhoon intake any count? how much hp will it gain u?

 

None without a tune, and the TB spacer is a stone cold waste of $$...

 

it claims a 21 or more rwhp increase. I hope it makes a difference!

 

save your money, Midpipe, 4.10s, short throw, should take him....Chargers are not hard at all

 

I just added flowmasters to my stock exhaust, i want to remove the cats. Will i catch hell with the o2 sensors, and will it hurt me more than help me?

 

Just throw on an o/r H or o/r X pipe and put on MIL eliminators if you can't afford the tuner at the moment.

 

i have a diablo tuner coming but i dont know much about these newer computerized cars, hope i dont screw it all up
