Default $20.00 Paint Job and Finish questions

************NEW PICS**************

Hey guys well I have had mach 1 c pillars for quite some time and never felt like paying anyone to paint them for me. So needless to say I took it upon myself to paint them. I went to an auto body store and they filled some TK enamel paint in an aerosol can for me well here are the results.

Before

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

After

here's what I used

The only problem is that there are a few small imperfections in the paint mainly debris and hair falling onto it. I was wondering if I could just slightly sand those off with my 3M sanding sponge/pad I used to just give the paint a biting surface and then applying wax to the paint job?? even though it is enamel paint and requires no clear coat.

thanks guys!

Can you get some halfway decent pics?

You can't wetsand without a clearcoat.

Waxing would not get out the scratches caused by the sandind...

Click on the pic and it will take you to its hosted area, and then you can minimize and it will become more clear.

only thing is you don't clear coat enamel paint its basically spray and your done. If I use 2000grit you don't think it will work very lightly? How long should I wait before I wax it?

you can try it and see....worst case scenario is that you have to re do them...which if there are debris you would want to anyway
