A few transmission questions...

A few transmission questions...
Mine is an '03 3650, with 24,xxx on it.
When i installed my Pro 5.0 shifter, I was expecting it to be a littler lounder, and it was, no biggie.
Lately It has been whining, and I've done nothing hard/damaging to the transmission. I'm thinking it might be low on trans fluid, and I will find out tomorrow, but some people tell me its the bearings or an input shaft.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
PS: Never been to the drag strip, so no launches, only missed around 2-4 shifts while learning the Pro 5.0, and I've only done a handful of hard downshifts (4th-2nd @ 40 w/ 3.73's.) I shift insanely fast, some people say I shift too hard, but it's just accurate and quick, no banging from the rear end.
The car still goes in and out of gear like butter, no complaints there. Just the notchy feeling of the shifter. My shifter stops are set correctly as well.
