1300 miles from where I live, I'm just going to wait till I find one here in Ca. I emailed a guy about a 99 cobra that he is parting out. He hasn't gotten back to me on a price. What should a 99 irs without rear brakes cost me?

No more than $300. Im getting my 03 IRS for a great price with brakes, dampers, abs harness and everything for $400. So yea...i wouldnt ever pay more than $300 for a 99 IRS. If i were you i'd pull the half shafts out and put an 03 cobra diff with 03 cobra half shafts in that thing cus the 99 half shafts and diff were only 28 spline and they werent that strong.
