Default What Would It Run ?

I'm in Michigan so no crazy elevation here lol.

You guys make these cars out to be slower than a horse drawn carriage. But I'm trying to get an idea of what they run.

Let start with a stock car ? Auto trans.

And then lets say, same car as above but with the addition of,

Throttle Body, Plenum combo

Cat back exhaust ( probably have cats removed)

K&N Filter

4.10's

SCT tuner.

Thanks. Trying to get a rough idea. Also, this is for 1/4 Mile.

14.00-14.06, depending on track and temp conditions. It is about what I run. Could hit high 13's with some good rubber and a better tune.

Time slip from friday for proof. Car#3994

Low 14's (.2 or .3) at best, stock. With the mods you mentioned (the gears being the most beneficial of them), maybe shave off .5 on a really good day.

Im really surprised to see some of you guys predictions.. with a tune, 4.10s, and the rest of the mods he listed he should have no problem hitting mid 13s..

Alright. I was hoping one could break 13's with that list. Not looking to do a ton of stuff right away as I have the Fox, so I was trying to piece together a moderate list of mods. I think the tuner would cost me the most. But I can get gears installed for $100

The only think you need to get for a 2v are gears, tuner and blower/nitrous. You can piddle with h/c/i if you want, youll get decent gains, but the real bread winner for 2vs is boost/giggle gas.

Alright, personally I'll never touch nitrous.

FI is something I do like though. Would the TB/Plenum really even be worth it ? Or Should one just get gears and a tuner.
