Radio clock working but not anything else help

Radio clock working but not anything else help
Hey everyone,
After doing the headers on my 99' Cobra I put back everything to see that the radio no longer worked. The only thing that we did was disconnect the battery during the install. So far I have checked all the fuses and everyone of them seems to be good. The clock is the only thing that appears and you can adjust the time on it. I cannot do anything else no cd's, no radio, nothing. Does anyone have any suggestions?
