Default I Need Your Opinions, Coupe Or Vert ?

Well, as I've mentioned I was planning on buying a new edge soon pending sale of my Bronco, well thats done,

https://mustangforums.com/forum/off-...ronco-pic.html

I always said I'll never get a sports car in a vert. It has to be a coupe.

But recently I've driven a few verts and it's kind of nice. I plan on enlisting this summer/fall. And if it goes as planned I'll be spending some time in Texas. So what do I do. Get a vert, or will it just be too hot and I'll end up using the A/C anyways ?

I've always said verts are more of a chicks car, but they look pretty good with a light bar, except every light bar I've seen is like $475+

That and the thing that really scares me is vandalism. It's so easy to knife a top...

What do you guys think ?

Congrats on selling it... That's always the hard part

I personally like coupes. Better stability stock, weighs a little bit less, you don't have to worry about vandalism or leaky tops or repairs on the top whatsoever. They only look good with lightbars and you'll need to spend another $400 like you said...

I mean i would get a vert, but it wouldn't be my personal first option... I don't like the sun BEATING on me with the top down. I like the windows down or AC. Ttops is a different story if we had them though.

Yea, I'd be all over T-tops. I'm still partial to coupes. I guess as of now I'm gonna go for a coupe inless an absolute steal comes around and it's a vert. Plus I love the new edge body style and I'd like to keep the car a long time. Which seems like a vert would require more maintenance further down the road.

If you want to mod it like crazy get a coupe. Verts are...... not for the weak I guess. You either love them or hate them, there is no in between. Personally... I love mine.

I'm still leaning towards coupe as of now. There are a ton of verts for sale though.
