Clutch Chatter

Clutch Chatter
I just installed a new clutch with resurfaced flywheel and now I have some slight chatter when launching in 1st gear and in reverse. I've put maybe 300 miles (city/highway) on the car so far and it seems to be getting better.
Is this problem something I just need to wait out as the clutch disc mates to the flywheel and pressure plate?

I don't know what kind of clutch you have Kevin but, some brand
clutches chatter and some don't it's just the way it is depending
on what material your clutch is made of.
I know my Spec stage 2 clutch that just catastrophicly failed at
5K miles because the Spec clutch disc failed and my throwout bearing
failed too. This Spec clutch would make all kinds of noises I hated it.
My Spec clutch chattered and made a strange ticking noise.
Kevin if your not happy with your current clutch you should switch it
out for a different brand clutch.
I'm looking to replace my failed Spec clutch with something.I've been
researching about clutches and people seem to be very happy with their
Centerforce clutches.

The clutch I put in is made by Zoom. I originally was going to go with Ram, but at the last spilt second I went with Zoom. I got a great deal on it through a buddy, so I figured why not? Anyway, I've put nearly 500 miles on the clutch now and it seems to be getting better. It didn't help that I didn't have the firewall adjuster dialed in perfectly yet either. I think I finally got the firewall adjuster at a pretty good spot, so hopefully everything will go away.
I'm ready to stomp on it! Haha
