baaahaahaha I didn't know so many people were cheap-asses like me! Ha! well, HF tools and products can be hit and miss, just have to know which things are going to be worth the price. For instance...I got a complete set of hole saws for 3$. I couldnt even buy the one single size I needed for a project from depot for under 5$. I have used the set several times, all good so far, and it was 3$! All their hand tools of course have a lifetime warranty, and are about 1/3 the price of everyone else. I can't complain. I have one of their aluminum floor jacks, got it for 60$, it's sweeeeeeet!

Granted I do by some stuff from harborfreight that I know i wont abuse alot. Got ap arts washer form there that works charms and also picked up a heatgun and a soldering gun and they still work fine. But as far as handtools I would never buy anything again haha. I picked up a cheat 3/8 racthet set for emergency use and first time I used the ratchet it froze up then the socket cracked 3 seconds later and i just smirked a little.

Now see that is where you have to use your reasoning skills...

they offer 2 to 3 versions of their hand tools. Buy the most expensive version lol. I have 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 ratchet from them, and abuse the **** out of them with no issues. I also have their 20$ impact socket set in metric and SAE, works magnificently. I have all of their wrenches etc etc. Also, any of the ones that say "Pittsburgh" on them have a lifetime warranty, so take em back and get new ones for free. I also have their heat gun, electric impact etc etc. That electric impact has never failed me, takes off any lug nut I put it up against-even on my dads work trucks. You just gotta know what to buy lol.
