Actually they have an adjustment. You can aim them up and down. It's on the top of the headlight on the inner part closer to the grill. You need an allen key to fit in there

a guy at work had the "chrome" looking headlights and he thought my headlights were tinted lol,they look really good with the red though

haha I'll keep that in mind. Thanks everyone for the compliments!
Next time I need new bulbs I think I'm gonna go with HIDs. I was looking at DDM Tuning and a whole HID kit is only $10 more than I paid for my Sylvania bulbs.

Haha haven't gotten around to it yet. I'm going to get the car detailed in and out before the end of the summer so that should take care of that.

God this reminds me how much I hate my chrome headlights...Damn the previous owner for putting them in. I just need to man up and buy some new ones.
