I'm also re-evaluating my headlight situation since mine have a lot of oxidation on them. Is it worth getting the cleaning kit for them? Do the HID kits come with new lenses?

 

Yes and no. I got the 3M Headlight Restoration Kit in December or January because my headlights were pretty oxidized and they just looked like crap and it definitly worked. They didn't look as good as new but it worked. However, by the end of the winter/start of the spring, they pretty much looked like they did all over again so I knew I'd have to eventually replace my headlights.

Headlight restoration, I think, is just a temporary fix. I think you're more than likely better off putting the $30 from the kit towards new headlights and bulbs.


And about the HIDs- no I'm pretty sure they don't. They just including the HID bulbs, harnesses and ballasts.

 

Heres mine after the same headlights, new driving lights also, with the HID kit for the upper and lower, please dont skimp on your HID to many cheap kits have bad ballast. my avatar has the pre HID look!

 

Do you still have your old headlights? If so, what do you want for them shipped to zip code 06516? Just bought a 2000 GT with halo headlights and I don't care for them. Let me know.
