I had a bitch of a time putting on the LTs on my 4v this winter. Im not sure about a 2v but I'm pretty sure it would be next to impossible to install the LTs on a 4v without dropping the k-member. I purcharged and aftermarket K member kit so I was doing it all anyway. But with the 4v i had the motor jacked up as far as i could and i couldnt access any of the bolts from the engine bay because the bellhousing bottomed out on the chasis far before i could get hands and or a wrench down far enough due to the DOHC heads. I had to use an engine support fender bar and actually LOWER the motor far enough to gain access thought the wheel wells, and due to BBKs rediculous construction of wrapping primary tubes over the g*d damn flange holes it took me about 4 hours to get the headers on AFTER i had the k member out. ( I had to take a header off twice after finding out the hardware certain holes didnt have enough clearence from the primarys to get a stage 8 bolt in and needed factory studs re-used.)

I did a LT header swap on my brothers 99 Dakota R/T....10am to 10pm with a lift and all air tools. One of those things that if you do it again it would take half the time.

Nope. But also depends on how detailed of a record he wants for each specific bolt on. That would mean using the same dyno and operator, weather conditions, etc each and every time he goes to the dyno.

If he has a tuner he can turn them off that way.
